Single State Licensure Waivers for 2010:

CMS has updated the requirements concerning submission of a State license application for PDP applicants that intend to apply for a Single State Licensure Waiver for 2010.  The guidance sets a November 1, 2008 deadline that will apply to the 2010 CMS licensure waiver application that will be available in January 2009.
